How to Buy & Send Bitcoin with Cash App

Step-by-Step Instructions
- 1Open Cash App on your phone and sign in. Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
- 2Tap the “Bitcoin” tab on the home screen (or find it in the menu). This opens your Cash App Bitcoin wallet.
- 3Buy Bitcoin: Tap “Buy” and enter the amount you need (in USD or BTC). . Confirm the purchase. The Bitcoin will appear in your Cash App Bitcoin balance.
- 4Tap “Withdraw Bitcoin” or “Send”. You’ll be asked to enter a Bitcoin address or scan a QR code.
- 5Use our address: Scan the QR code on the left (under the video) with your phone, or copy the Bitcoin address and paste it into Cash App as the recipient address.
- 6Enter the exact amount of Bitcoin you’re sending. Use one of the ($25 or $40). Double-check the address and amount — Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed.
- 7Confirm and send. Wait for the network to confirm (usually 10–30 minutes). You can track the status in Cash App.
- 8Once the payment is sent, click the Already Paid button in the header to finalize your order.
Important: Cash App may apply withdrawal limits and fees. Ensure you have enough Bitcoin to cover the payment amount plus any network fees. Always verify the address before sending — Bitcoin sent to the wrong address cannot be recovered.
